Our in-house Technology team consists of over 25 technology analysts, developers and user experience (UX) specialists, meaning we can produce innovative, bespoke websites and applications that exceed client expectations every time.

A technology analyst will be assigned to your project, working with you to gather the business requirements and produce a functional specification that details the proposed solution. Our analysts are experts in producing solutions that meet objectives whilst maximising budget.

In addition to the technology analyst, a project team (made up of UX specialists and developers) will also be assigned to the project. Our developers ensure we develop a robust technical solution, whilst our UX specialists ensure your applications are easy to use without compromising design. They work alongside the developers and our Creative department at all stages of the build – it’s a truly integrated approach whose decision-making process involves all departments.

Once the development of an application is complete, it will go through a cycle of testing. The project team will thoroughly test the application before it is deployed into our testing environment for client user-acceptance testing (UAT). Feedback is reviewed and implemented prior to the live deployment.

And our support doesn’t stop once a website or application has gone live: we can work with you to scope any changes needed to existing applications, or support your users with training and content updates.
